We are currently seeking a highly motivated and community-focused individual to join our team as a Homelessness Resource Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to work alongside our dedicated team of professionals in the following position:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support and resources to individuals experiencing homelessness in Northern Canada.
  2. Work collaboratively with community partners to develop and implement effective solutions to address homelessness.
  3. Conduct outreach and engagement activities to connect with individuals in need and provide them with access to essential services.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated response to homelessness.
  5. Collect and analyze data to inform program development and evaluation.

Requirements:

  1. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the issues surrounding homelessness and a passion for working with vulnerable populations.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  3. A degree in a related field such as social work, community development, or a related field is required.
  4. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
