Job Title: Special Education Lecturer

LCI Education is seeking a highly qualified Special Education Lecturer to join our team. As a lecturer in special education, you will be responsible for teaching theory and practice in the field of special education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver teaching programs that cater to the needs of students with learning and language difficulties.
  • Assess students and provide feedback on their academic progress.
  • Contribute to research in the field of special education and stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies for clients with learning and language difficulties or disorders.
  • Interact with clients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Compile information to describe customer behavior and develop strategies to support them.
Requirements:
  • Hold a university certificate or diploma or a college diploma with an option or concentration in the discipline concerned.
  • Have teaching or teaching experience in the discipline for one full semester within the last five years.
  • Have practiced a trade or profession related to the discipline or course in question for at least two years.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
