About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at EECOL Electric. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support, including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Support the project team by coordinating project management documentation, maintaining action item tracking, and assisting with meeting agendas and materials.
  • Monitor project execution aspects to ensure timely contribution by team members and identify potential bottlenecks in processes.
  • Assist with preparing progress reports and liaise with personnel and managers as needed.
  • Perform incidental project management, including planning, research, analysis, and implementation of deliverables and action items.
  • Act as a team lead on small projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of direct work in project management capacity required, 2 years preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflow/processes.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
