About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our Identity and Access Management product line. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for specific features
  • Collaborate with team leads, architects, and UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality designs
  • Attend daily stand-ups, refine the backlog, plan sprints, and monitor progress
  • Own the up and down responsibility for the delivery of their component/feature
  • Collaborate with senior product management, sales, support, clients, and other TPMs to produce and manage their component's backlog and contribute to the product roadmap
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager or project coordinator
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Ability to understand technical and business requirements and accurately capture technical notes
  • Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modeling, use case modeling, workflow design, and documentation skills
