About the Role

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, modeling, analyzing, and visualizing data to enable business strategy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with business users and subject matter experts to document reporting requirements, understand business processes, and how they affect data.
  • Collaborate with developers to design models' datasets within our cloud data lakehouse environment.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to executive leaders by creating clear and concise visual reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to large corporate projects and initiatives that involve data analytics and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making, while continuously monitoring data quality and integrity.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a STEM field.
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze large data sets while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Proficiency performing data analysis using SQL, Python, or PySpark.
  • Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Previous experience leveraging cloud Data Lakehouses to build scalable analytical models (i.e., Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Strong communicator, with a proven ability to tackle loosely defined problems.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
