Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products throughout our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Inside Sales by answering questions, promoting our products, and providing exemplary customer service
  • Process customer orders and payments using a computerized system
  • Assist with managing inventory, ordering products, and forecasting
  • Customer order fulfillment, including picking and preparing orders, and loading and unloading customer vehicles
  • Maintain warehouse safety standards and perform general administrative duties
  • Act as the Site Safety Coordinator, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A driver's license
  • Previous forklift operation experience
  • Basic computer skills

Nutrien Ag Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $25 - $30 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance. We also offer a retirement program, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays, as well as an Employee and Family Assistance Program.

In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan. Details will be discussed through the application process.
