Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in tile installation or a related field.
Work Environment

The role requires working in a dusty environment and involves physical labor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, measure, and mark surfaces for tile application.
  • Mix and apply adhesives such as mortar, cement, and mastic using hand tools.
  • Install tiles with precision, ensuring proper alignment and pressure.
  • Cut and fit tiles around various obstacles using both hand and power tools.
  • Pack grout into joints and remove any excess material.
  • Replace damaged tiles and maintain the integrity of existing installations.
  • Create decorative designs using mosaic tiles.
  • Handle marble and granite, including cutting, polishing, and installation.
