Job Summary

Northern Health Authority is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Attendant III to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for utilizing computerized systems to manage inventory levels, process shipments, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Process and verify inventory transactions, including shipments and receipts
  • Utilize computerized systems to track and manage inventory levels
  • Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and transactions

Requirements

  • Grade 12 plus one (1) year recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Holds a valid Class 5 drivers' license
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to deal with others effectively
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • Ability to organize work
  • Ability to operate related equipment
