Auberge du Pommier is seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team in the upscale Westin Trillium House Hotel.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of event spaces. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of event spaces
  • Deliver food and beverage to tables as directed by the management team
  • Clear plates, cutlery, and glasses from tables and return them to the dish area
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards
  • Adhere to all O&B health and safety standards
  • Additional duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in event management, hospitality, or a related field, and/or experience serving in a similar environment
  • Smart Serve Certification is a requirement
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
  • Available to work evenings, nights, and weekends
