Financial Reporting Supervisor

Pathfind, a well-established entity in the real estate sector, is in search of a Financial Reporting Supervisor to enhance their financial oversight capabilities. The organization operates across multiple domains, including residential, commercial, and land development.

Role Overview

The Financial Reporting Supervisor will take charge of the company's financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and job costing functions. This role involves close collaboration with the CFO and other management personnel to ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the consolidation of financial data for precise accounting
  • Draft and assess financial statements
  • Work alongside auditors during year-end evaluations
  • Develop and distribute financial reporting packages
  • Maintain current knowledge of accounting regulations
  • Establish internal controls to uphold financial integrity
