Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Georges Mountain Village. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Manage and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Operations
    • Implement price and credit policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Work Setting
    • Retail business environment.
  • Supervision
    • 1 to 2 people.
  • Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 32 hours per week.
