Your Role

Our National Office is seeking a seasoned Manager of Leadership Development to become a key member of the Talent and Culture Team, responsible for the following tasks:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to pinpoint leadership development requirements.
  • Assist in crafting proposals that address leadership development objectives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators for leadership development initiatives.
  • Design and implement leadership development and coaching programs, including high potential initiatives, career advancement programs, mentoring, coaching, and executive training.
  • Aid in managing the organization’s leadership assessment and 360-degree feedback strategy and processes.
  • Support the administration of the organization’s succession planning process.
  • Create and execute a communication strategy for leadership development initiatives.
  • Provide consultation on organizational priorities that incorporate leadership development and coaching elements.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Over 8 years of experience in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and related fields within a dynamic matrix environment. Experience in client-facing roles within a professional services context is preferred.
  • More than 8 years of executing talent management strategies, including leadership development solutions with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • A Master’s degree in Leadership Development or a related discipline.
  • Completion of an ICF Accredited Coaching Certification Program.
  • Completion of a Change Management Certification Program or relevant experience.
  • Practical experience in strategic talent management, including succession planning, career development, leadership development, coaching, and psychometric assessment tools.
  • Hands-on experience in researching, developing, and implementing leadership capability frameworks.
  • Proficient in crafting talent management communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills that yield results by managing multiple priorities with limited resources in a fluid and evolving environment.
  • Excellent coaching, group facilitation, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven capability to lead a team effectively.
  • Significant experience in designing and executing evaluation plans and delivering dashboards that demonstrate the return on investment for leadership development initiatives.
  • Exceptional ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A growth mindset paired with strong critical thinking capabilities.
