Job Title: Business Technology Senior Analyst

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Business Technology team, you will be responsible for assisting the Business Technology Leads in organizing, delivering, and executing on strategic initiatives related to commercial lending systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Business Technology Leads in planning, test case preparations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all technology enhancements on behalf of the line of business.
  • Work with the Communications Manager to ensure that all job aids and user guides are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Identify areas of data quality that need supplemental training and execute training.
  • Provide Help Desk support to all business purpose lending personnel.
Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of experience in commercial credit underwriting or commercial banking operations.
  • B.A. in Business or Finance.
  • Knowledge of Bank systems including RRT, APMS, LTS, and Livelink a plus.
  • Business Analysis experience.
