Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure the store is secure, clean, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work a 37.5 hour week, including evenings and weekends.
