About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair cracks and holes in surfaces to create a seamless look.
  • Mix paint to the desired color and texture, adhering to our high standards.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging to ensure safe access.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, paying attention to detail.
Work Environment

As a Painter with ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC., you will work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You will be exposed to odors and work in various locations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Airless spray equipment.
  • Brush painting.
  • Roller painting.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, including bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will work 35 hours per week in a permanent position.
