Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Painter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring a high standard of quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site and project area.
  • Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
  • Drop off flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work sites.

Requirements

  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work, with no professional experience necessary, as you will be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects.
  • Must have your own car or reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Reliable and hardworking.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Coachable.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $16-$24/hr depending on experience and responsibility.
