Your Role: Lead Content Strategist

In this position, you will be tasked with embodying our brand's voice and tone, crafting engaging and conversion-oriented content for our destination marketing clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of writing tasks, including but not limited to digital advertisements, website content, email communications, and video scripts, while also contributing to the development of our brand voice and tone guidelines. You will collaborate closely with our Senior Director of Brand and the Demand Generation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine content across multiple platforms, including print, web, mobile, video, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to brainstorm concepts, develop messaging, and generate innovative ideas.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our target audience to ensure the appropriate tone and voice in all written materials.
  • Work alongside brand, sales, and customer success teams on various marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns and landing pages.
  • Engage in regular brand and demand generation reviews to assess and adjust future campaign strategies.
  • Ensure all content aligns with our established brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep our content relevant and engaging.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in crafting content for digital and print media, including advertisements, emails, websites, videos, and short-form content.
  • A writing style that is approachable, engaging, and conversion-focused.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS sector is advantageous.
  • A willingness to learn about our products with the support of our team.
  • Familiarity with the tourism industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
