Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home and Facility Cleaner. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, as well as providing in-home cleaning services to participating families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure facilities are clean and safe for use, including the kitchen, washrooms, common spaces, offices, and dining areas.
  • Provide routine in-home cleaning services to participating families, including tidying entrance areas and ensuring hand washing supplies are readily available.
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, and inform program staff and families of any accidents or damage to facilities.
  • Sanitize all bathrooms, vacuum and mop flooring, and scrub and sanitize kitchen fixtures and appliances.
  • Assist families with decluttering and organizing their homes, with their consent and presence.
  • Perform other general cleaning tasks as approved by the Nation.
Requirements
  • One year of related work experience.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Proven experience in house cleaning.
  • Sound knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Criminal Record Check required.
