Timing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Timing Specialist to join our team at Segula Technologies. As a Timing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of our manufacturing programs.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and Update Launch Timing Documentation
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date launch timing documentation, including milestones and validation timelines. This will ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the launch schedule.
Coordinate Program Change Control NoticesCoordinate the distribution of program change control notices to program management, integrators, and support teams. This will ensure that all relevant parties are aware of any changes to the launch schedule.
Analyze and Suggest Operational ImprovementsAnalyze launch processes and suggest operational improvements to optimize the launch timeline. This will help to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the launch process.
Monitor and Report Key Performance IndicatorsMonitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for program deliverables. This will provide visibility into the launch progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support Program ManagementSupport program management by coordinating the timely delivery of launch materials and equipment. This will ensure that all necessary resources are available to support the launch.
Communicate Launch Timing ChangesCommunicate any changes in launch timing to relevant stakeholders. This will ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with the updated launch schedule.
Provide Onsite SupportProvide onsite support to resolve launch timing issues by coordinating with project management, integrators, and engineers. This will ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Manage and Distribute Open Issue/Action Register ItemsManage and distribute open issue/action register items, ensuring alignment with critical timelines. This will ensure that all necessary actions are taken to support the launch.
Maintain and Update Financial DocumentationMaintain and update financial documentation for the launch program, tracking expenditures and forecasting future funding needs. This will ensure that the launch is financially managed effectively.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
A bachelor's degree in engineering is required for this role.
3 Years of Experience in the Automotive Industry3 years of experience in the automotive industry is required for this role.
Familiarity with Program Management and Manufacturing Launch ProcessesFamiliarity with program management and manufacturing launch processes is required for this role.
Strong Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators and Financial TrackingStrong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial tracking is required for this role.
Excellent Communication SkillsExcellent communication skills are required for this role, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departments.
Proficiency in MS Office SuiteProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in project management tools, is required for this role.
Problem-Solving SkillsProblem-solving skills, with a focus on operational improvements, are required for this role.
Ability to Work OnsiteThe ability to work onsite and collaborate with various teams during the launch phase is required for this role.
Strong Organizational SkillsStrong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables and timelines are required for this role.
