Timing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Timing Specialist to join our team at Segula Technologies Group. As a Timing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and Update Launch Documentation
Develop and maintain comprehensive launch timing documentation, including milestones and validation timelines, to ensure seamless project execution.
Coordinate Program Change Control NoticesEffectively coordinate program change control notices and ensure timely distribution to program management, integrators, and support teams to maintain project momentum.
Analyze and Suggest Operational ImprovementsAnalyze launch processes and suggest operational improvements for General Assembly manufacturing equipment launches to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and Report Key Performance IndicatorsMonitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for program deliverables to ensure project goals are met.
Support Program ManagementSupport program management by coordinating the timely delivery of launch materials and equipment to ensure project success.
Communicate Launch Timing ChangesCommunicate any changes in launch timing to relevant stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Provide Onsite SupportProvide onsite support to resolve launch timing issues by coordinating with project management, integrators, and engineers to ensure project resolution.
Manage and Distribute Open Issue/Action Register ItemsManage and distribute open issue/action register items, ensuring alignment with critical timelines to maintain project momentum.
Maintain and Update Financial DocumentationMaintain and update financial documentation for the launch program, tracking expenditures and forecasting future funding needs to ensure project financial stability.
Requirements- 3 Years of Experience in the Automotive Industry
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of program management and manufacturing launch processes.
Familiarity with Program Management and Manufacturing Launch ProcessesFamiliarity with program management and manufacturing launch processes, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial tracking.
Strong Communication SkillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departments to ensure project success.
Proficiency in MS Office SuiteProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in project management tools, to ensure efficient project execution.
Problem-Solving SkillsStrong problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational improvements to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
Ability to Work OnsiteAbility to work onsite and collaborate with various teams during the launch phase to ensure project success.
Strong Organizational SkillsStrong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables and timelines to maintain project momentum.
