Airport Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

Aeromexico is seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Manager to coordinate flight operations in the state, directing teams above and below wing, to maintain the quality and safety standards established in the Company.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Adapt airport processes to regulations to provide the best service to customers, within compliance with current regulations.

* Evaluate, provide feedback, and correct service delivery processes at the airport, including supplier services, airport conditions, programs, service standards, baggage tracking control, and billing services.

* Represent Aeromexico and participate in the working group of local Airline Committees.

* Monitor operations in the station to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective measures.

* Serve as the official point of contact with authorities, connect with local leaders, and be aware of local laws, regulations, and amendments updates.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's in Administration, Business, or related field.

* 4 years of related work experience, must be familiar with Ground Operations processes with airlines.

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (English, French, and Spanish).

* Ability to prioritize and proven team leadership skills.

* Service-oriented.
