ERP Technology Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Technology Consultant to lead the migration of our on-premises Oracle ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials and Microsoft Project Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and onboarding to Microsoft Project Operations.
  • Solution Design:
    Work closely with Solution Architects to design end-to-end solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials and Microsoft Project Operations that align with business requirements.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
    Review technical testing plans, including system integration testing, performance testing, and security testing.
  • Post-Migration Support:
    Provide technical support post-go-live to ensure the stability of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on ERP systems such as Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and system architecture.
  • Proven experience migrating ERP systems, particularly from Oracle or other ERP platforms to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
