About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at Sun Ming Enterprises Ltd. As an Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical appliances and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment to diagnose faults and repair electrical appliances and components.
  • Estimation and Planning: Prepare written estimates of repair costs and plan service routes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Advise customers on work performed and the condition of equipment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair parts and use shop equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
