Job Title: Quality Engineer Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer Lead to join our team. As a Quality Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality engineering practices and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives and develop strategies to improve quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering practices and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives
  • Develop strategies to improve quality and efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to quality engineering teams
  • Develop and maintain quality engineering metrics and reports
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and practices
  • Experience with test automation tools and technologies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
