About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services team. As CEO, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Requirements

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management and sales
  • Experience in coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Ability to establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Work Setting

The successful candidate will work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment.

Work Location

The work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
