Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for interpreting demand forecasts, purchase orders, and production preparations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in assisting with inventory management, turnover improvements, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate Purchase Orders on a regular basis
  • Plan and purchase materials for production
  • Coordinate with Partners to manage shipments and custom clearance
  • Generate standardized reports to assist the sales team
  • Meet with sales and marketing teams to share insights and maintain communication with vendors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as business, supply chain, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Sage or D365 experience considered an asset but not a requirement
  • Experience with data analysis and purchasing
