We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Wild Orchid Bistro and Sushi Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our culinary standards.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Organize buffets and banquets to meet customer expectations.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure seamless service.
- Japanese cuisine expertise is a plus.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
English is the primary language of communication.
Work Hours:40 hours per week.
