Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Bar Burrito Canmore. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
