Position Overview

The Agricultural Operations Supervisor at MANPREET & KAMALPREET GILL FARM plays a crucial role in overseeing various agricultural activities to ensure efficient crop production and management.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver essential agricultural services including plowing, irrigation, cultivation, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Coordinate and manage the workforce, including general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and bio-security measures on the farm.
  • Maintain quality control and keep accurate production records.
  • Supervise crop-related operations and ensure optimal growth conditions.
  • Keep detailed work records and logs for operational efficiency.
  • Recruit and train new staff members to enhance team capabilities.
  • Operate and maintain various farm machinery and equipment effectively.
  • Perform a variety of general farm duties as required.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
