Farm Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at MANPREET & KAMALPREET GILL FARM. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the highest quality of crops and livestock, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
  • Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
  • Maintain quality control and production records.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
  • Maintain work records and logs.
  • Hire and train staff.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  • Perform general farm duties.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
