Marketing Associate - Bilingual

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team at Revitalize Marketing. As a Bilingual Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in planning and executing customer-focused campaigns to support our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing materials in multiple languages, including English and French/Spanish.
  • Navigate diverse linguistic landscapes and foster relationships with the local community.
  • Promote, safeguard, and enhance our clients' brand reputation through direct communication with potential, new, and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with all departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and relevance of marketing campaigns across different territories.
  • Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, promotional materials, and communication strategies for events.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about global trends, industry developments, and changes in consumer behavior across various language markets.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or sales or a related degree.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, French, and/or Spanish.
  • Knowledge of issues management and crisis communications response is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and their impact on organizational goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills to effectively analyze and respond to customer needs and feedback.
