About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced martial arts instructor to join our team at Kim's Premier Taekwondo. As a martial arts instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and individual classes, demonstrating and instructing athletic and fitness techniques, and planning and carrying out recreational and sports activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Class Instruction: Lead group and individual classes, demonstrating and instructing athletic and fitness techniques.
  • Program Planning: Plan and carry out recreational and sports activities, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for participants.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing lifestyle awareness information and conducting therapeutic recreational or athletic activities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, monitoring activities to prevent accidents and providing emergency assistance when needed.
  • Equipment Management: Assemble and maintain sports and game equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
