Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chef Hung Beef Noodle Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in food service management is an asset.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
