Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Royal Spice Indian Cuisine Ltd. as a Restaurant Server. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clean and maintain tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Greet patrons and provide exceptional customer service, making recommendations and answering questions regarding our menu and beverages.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware to ensure a well-stocked and organized bar area.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Provide customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 30 hours per week of work.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
