Global Data Operations Lead

Ubisoft Entertainment, a prominent player in the video game and entertainment software sector, is in search of a full-time Data Operations Manager. This position plays a vital role within our Global Content Creators team, which specializes in influencer marketing.
Your main duty will involve constructing and refining data workflows, ensuring the effectiveness of data operations, including verification, enhancement, and reporting. This role is essential in bolstering our data-centric methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute data management strategies, guaranteeing data accuracy. Collaborate with IT and engineering departments to develop data architecture and integration workflows, utilizing APIs.
- Advance data development by working alongside various data teams. Comprehend and address the data requirements of the creator team. Standardize tracking and reporting mechanisms.
- Maintain comprehensive data documentation and deliver training on data tools and systems to team members and stakeholders.
- Oversee relationships with vendors related to data tools and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends in data management and analytics. Contribute data expertise to various projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years in a data-focused role, demonstrating a strong record of precision and accuracy.
- Education: Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Python, or R, and familiar with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating business requirements and clarifying complex analyses to both business and technical audiences.
