Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Marketing Numérique pour jouer un rôle clé dans la conception, le développement et l'exécution de nos stratégies de marketing numérique. Ce poste est essentiel pour renforcer notre visibilité et optimiser nos efforts promotionnels à travers la création de contenus engageants et la gestion des initiatives locales.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Génération de prospects : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes marketing visant à accroître la notoriété de la marque et à générer des leads.
  • Stratégies de SEO : Développer et optimiser des stratégies de référencement pour améliorer notre classement sur les moteurs de recherche et augmenter le trafic organique.
  • Publicité numérique : Concevoir, exécuter et analyser des campagnes de publicité payante sur des plateformes numériques, tout en collaborant avec des agences spécialisées.
  • Analyse des performances : Établir et suivre des indicateurs clés de performance pour évaluer l'efficacité des initiatives de marketing numérique.
  • Optimisation du site web : Contribuer à l'amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur sur notre site, en développant des pages d'atterrissage et en maximisant les taux de conversion.
  • Gestion des médias sociaux : Superviser notre présence sur les réseaux sociaux et développer une stratégie de contenu organique.
  • Collaboration interservices : Travailler en synergie avec d'autres départements pour assurer une cohérence dans nos efforts marketing.
  • Conformité à la marque : Garantir que tous les supports respectent l'identité de la marque et les réglementations en vigueur.
  • Mise en œuvre d'outils numériques : Identifier et intégrer de nouveaux outils numériques pour améliorer nos performances marketing.

Qualifications :

  • Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en marketing numérique, avec une expertise en SEO et en gestion de projet.
  • Un diplôme en marketing, en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe est souhaitable.
  • Capacité à travailler en français et en anglais.

Compétences :
