Job Title: Director - Channels

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director - Channels to join our team at Norton Rose Fulbright. As a key member of our Canadian Clients and Markets team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our channel marketing strategies to drive business growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel marketing strategy that aligns with our firm's long-term strategic objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to plan, organize, and deliver large-scale client events, webinars, conferences, and receptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors and agencies to ensure effective delivery of marketing services.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring all events stay within financial parameters.
  • Establish performance metrics, analyze data on attendee engagement, satisfaction, and ROI, and oversee detailed reports on event outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing, communications, and/or business development, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and client engagement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and adapt to new challenges and priorities.
