Client Service Manager - Investment Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our Investment Management team. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales assistants and branch support staff, promoting a positive customer and employee experience, and increasing shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales assistants and branch support staff to ensure excellent customer service and employee engagement.
  • Oversee and perform control and administrative tasks, identify and implement process improvements, and submit operational and technical issues to key partners.
  • Develop and nurture a talented employee pipeline to ensure the branch remains strong and competitive.
  • Provide legendary customer experience by collaborating with our Operations, Wealth Management, and Compliance group partners.
  • Actively promote the "One TD" brand and build TD's reputation in the community by participating in diversity, non-profit, and community affairs groups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wealth management industry.
  • Solid personnel management skills.
  • Registration with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as an Investment Representative (PR) or a Registered Representative (RI).
