Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Assistant to join our Private Wealth team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our Investment Advisors and clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Investment Advisors, including scheduling meetings, preparing client reviews, and coordinating marketing activities.
  • Manage client inquiries, account maintenance, and transactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment processes, procedures, and products.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
