- Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Task Management: Implement new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Team Collaboration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, working closely with our team to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
