Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Lin Haw International Co., Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to meet the company's needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase General and Specialized Equipment, Materials, or Business Services: You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing the best suppliers for our company's needs, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assess Requirements and Develop Specifications: You will work closely with our team to assess the requirements of our establishment and develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
- Consult with Suppliers and Review Quotations: You will consult with suppliers to determine the best options for our company and review quotations to ensure we are getting the best value for our money.
- Determine Contract Terms and Conditions: You will work with our team to determine the contract terms and conditions for our suppliers, ensuring that we are protected and that our suppliers meet our needs.
- Establish Delivery Schedules and Monitor Progress: You will establish delivery schedules and monitor progress to ensure that our suppliers are meeting their commitments.
- Provide Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service to our internal customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the goods and services we provide.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
