Job Summary

As a Data Analyst Co-op at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in supporting the operational activities of a business unit. You will apply your experience and working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain a working knowledge of RBC's business classification elements
  • Work as part of an agile team to achieve project goals related to business classification
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance processes
  • Closely work with and respond to stakeholders
  • Respond to inquiries and access requests within standard SLAs
  • Apply critical thought to existing tools, controls, and processes; make recommendations and test solutions
Requirements
  • Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex data environments and related issues
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Eligibility

To be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2025
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e., are graduating in April 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to graduate successfully
