Job Title: Foreman - Sewer & Water

The Foreman - Sewer & Water is a key member of our construction team, responsible for leading and supervising a crew of skilled workers on sewer and water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of the crew and the general public by promoting a safe work culture and adhering to safety regulations and policies.
  • Lead the crew and assign tasks to ensure efficient completion of assigned work.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, other departments, project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and control project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to discuss and plan work, and ensure that the crew's daily and weekly activities meet production goals.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Train and mentor crew members on construction best practices and procedures.
Working Conditions:
  • Work on a construction site, exposed to various weather conditions.
  • Long hours, including night and weekend work, may be required.
Requirements:
  • Completion of secondary school.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sewer & Water Lead Hand or Acting Foreman, and 5+ years of industry experience.
