Job Summary

The Foreman - Sewer & Water is a key leadership role within the Tomlinson Group of Companies, responsible for overseeing the installation of sewer and water systems. This position requires a strong understanding of construction best practices, safety regulations, and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of construction workers to ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Train and mentor crew members on construction best practices and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Completion of secondary school
  • 3+ years of experience as a Lead Hand or Acting Foreman in the sewer and water industry
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
