About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Installer to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Senior Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation of HVAC equipment, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and provide clear instructions to customers on proper care and maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve installation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, and support the growth and development of colleagues.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, and a certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D).
  • A valid ODP certificate and a Class G Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
