Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our pharmacy store. This position is essential for ensuring that our team operates efficiently and effectively while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Allocate tasks to sales associates and ensure they are well-informed about their responsibilities.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to optimize staff availability and store operations.
  • Reporting: Compile and analyze reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges as they arise.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store personnel to maintain a productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience in a retail environment.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 35 to 40 hours per week.
