Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of contact center strategy with broader organizational initiatives.
  • Change Enablement
    • Establish and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working within the contact center.
    • Develop and drive change management plans that encompass communication, training, and partner engagement to drive consensus and minimize resistance to change.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage a team of change management professionals to drive business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in leading organizational change initiatives.
    • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
