About the Role

Feliza African Grocery and Beauty Store Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and clean kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Housekeeping: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information to customers, address their complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
