Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Feliza African Grocery and Beauty Store Inc.

Job Summary:

The Light Duty Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff. This includes sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide basic information to customers and staff regarding store facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Work Environment:

The Light Duty Cleaner will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work independently and under pressure is essential.
