Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the medical device market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the medical device market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
